How the Acquisition Partner Programme works

Identify suitable opportunities
Use your local knowledge and professional relationships to identify property owners, operators or relevant opportunities that could be suitable for MadeStays.

Develop the relationship
Understand the owner or operator, establish genuine interest and develop the conversation far enough for MadeStays to assess whether there may be a credible fit.

Submit the opportunity
Use the MadeStays process and systems to submit the relevant information and ensure the opportunity is correctly attributed to you.

MadeStays takes the opportunity forward
MadeStays handles qualification, property assessment and final commercial decisions. Acquisition Partners do not approve properties or bind MadeStays to commercial terms.

Is this an employed role?
No. Acquisition Partners operate independently and are not employees or representatives authorised to bind MadeStays.
Do I need to work in property?
No. Relevant experience can also come from hospitality, relocation, business development and other relationship-led sectors.
Do I need previous sales experience?
Yes. Applicants must be able to evidence at least one year of sales experience.
Which areas are included?
Marbella, Puerto Banús, Nueva Andalucía, Benahavís and Estepona.
Do I need an existing property network?
Relevant relationships are valuable, but quality, credibility and your ability to develop professional opportunities matter more than the size of your contact list.
Is Fully Managed part of the Marbella programme?
No. The current Marbella campaign is focused on Marketing & Booking.
Will I negotiate the final agreement?
No. Final property approval and commercial decisions remain with MadeStays.
Does applying automatically make me an Acquisition Partner?
No. Applications are assessed for eligibility and suitability.
How does commission work?
Commission arrangements are governed by the current AP Agreement and approved MadeStays commission terms.
