Turn your London property network into new opportunities

MadeStays is recruiting independent Acquisition Partners across London to introduce suitable property owners and operators to our Marketing & Booking and Fully Managed services.

Who we are looking for

You do not need one specific job title or career background.

We are interested in commercially minded people who combine strong relationship-building skills with credible access to the London property market.

What matters is your ability to communicate professionally, understand the local market, develop relationships and recognise when an opportunity could be relevant to MadeStays.

  • Estate agency and lettings
  • Property management
  • Property sourcing
  • Hospitality and serviced accommodation
  • Relocation
  • Freelance or commission-based business development
  • Commercial roles involving landlords, property owners, operators or professional advisers

How the Acquisition Partner Programme works

  1. 01

    Identify suitable opportunities

Use your local knowledge and professional relationships to identify property owners, operators or relevant opportunities that could be suitable for MadeStays.

  2. 02

    Develop the relationship

A strong opportunity is more than a property link. Understand the owner or operator, establish genuine interest and provide enough context for MadeStays to assess the opportunity.

  3. 03

    Submit the opportunity

Use the MadeStays process and systems to submit relevant information and ensure the opportunity is correctly attributed to you.

  4. 04

    MadeStays takes the opportunity forward

MadeStays handles qualification, property assessment and final commercial decisions. Acquisition Partners do not approve properties or bind MadeStays to commercial terms.

The London opportunity

London is at the centre of the MadeStays portfolio, and we are actively building our Acquisition Partner network across Greater London, with particular priority given to Zones 1–3.

For the right candidate, existing relationships with landlords, property owners, operators, agents and other property professionals can provide a strong foundation for identifying credible new opportunities.

The focus is not simply on generating lead volume. It is on recognising relevant opportunities and developing the relationship professionally enough for MadeStays to assess it.

Fully Managed

Suitable London properties may also be considered for MadeStays' Fully Managed service, subject to approval, suitability and service availability.

Commission and earnings

Acquisition Partners earn commission for successful qualifying properties.

  • £500 for an approved Marketing & Booking operator.
  • £1,000 for an exceptional Marketing & Booking operator, subject to written approval.
  • £1,000 for an approved Fully Managed property.
  • £2,000 for an exceptional Fully Managed property, subject to written approval.
  • Bespoke written commission for Fully Managed multi-property portfolios.

Earn £500–£2,000 for each successful qualifying property.

MadeStays determines the final service model, property classification and applicable commission.

Commission is earned and paid according to the current Acquisition Partner Agreement.

This is a commission-only opportunity. There is no salary, guaranteed income, fixed schedule, guaranteed workload or guaranteed number of opportunities.
