The Cotswolds opportunity

MadeStays is building its Acquisition Partner network across the Cotswolds and the English countryside as part of planned territorial expansion.

Strong local opportunities often begin with people who already understand both the market and the relationships within it.

This campaign does not imply that MadeStays is already operational throughout the wider Cotswolds area and the English countryside.

Planned expansion

We are building relationships in selected locations rather than making an area-wide operating claim.

MadeStays service model in the Cotswolds

Marketing & Booking

The Cotswolds campaign is focused on the MadeStays Marketing & Booking model. MadeStays manages the commercial booking layer, while the owner or operator retains responsibility for physical property fulfilment.

Fully Managed is not being advertised as part of the current Cotswolds campaign.

Commission and earnings

Commission arrangements are governed by the current Acquisition Partner Agreement and the approved MadeStays commission terms. Full commercial details are shared during onboarding.
