Help Build International Accommodation Partnerships

MadeStays is a property-technology company and luxury short-stay platform trusted by more than 3,000 guests.

We work with suitable owners and professional operators to improve how qualifying accommodation is positioned, presented, distributed and booked.

MadeStays is building relationships with independent sales professionals and established accommodation operators across selected areas of Paris as part of its planned international expansion.

Our current geographic focus is:

  • 1st arrondissement
  • 4th arrondissement
  • 6th arrondissement
  • 7th arrondissement
  • 8th arrondissement
  • 16th arrondissement

Unlike a general homeowner acquisition role, this opportunity is specifically focused on developing B2B relationships with established accommodation businesses and compliant professional inventory.

Why Join MadeStays?

  • Earn commission for successful qualifying property and operator relationships.
  • Work flexibly around your existing career, business or commitments.
  • Develop relationships with established Paris accommodation businesses.
  • Use your professional network to identify operator and portfolio opportunities.
  • Work with MadeStays' technology-led property acquisition infrastructure.
  • Receive structured onboarding, approved materials and support from MadeStays.
  • Help develop MadeStays' planned international expansion.

This is a flexible, self-employed and commission-only opportunity. There is no salary, guaranteed income, fixed schedule or guaranteed workload.

What You Will Do

As an Acquisition Partner, you will:

  • Identify established accommodation operators and qualifying portfolios within the approved arrondissements.
  • Build relationships with professional property managers, aparthotel businesses and accommodation operators.
  • Research and approach B2B decision-makers.
  • Introduce the MadeStays proposition clearly and professionally.
  • Understand an operator's existing portfolio, operating structure and commercial objectives.
  • Establish whether prospective opportunities have appropriate operational and regulatory readiness.
  • Prioritise opportunities where established local operators retain responsibility for physical fulfilment.
  • Submit qualifying opportunities through the MadeStays platform.
  • Progress relationships towards a commercial discussion and potential agreement.
  • Maintain accurate updates and dated next actions.
  • Work with MadeStays as suitable operator and portfolio opportunities progress through assessment.

You will not be expected to provide legal advice or assurances regarding local regulatory compliance. Compliance and property eligibility must be appropriately verified as part of the assessment process.

Acquisition Partners cannot approve properties, select the final service model, change commercial terms, guarantee financial performance or enter into agreements on behalf of MadeStays.

An Operator-Led Opportunity

Our Paris strategy is focused on established operators, professional managers, aparthotel businesses and compliant portfolios rather than indiscriminate outreach to individual homeowners.

We're particularly interested in Acquisition Partners who already understand the professional accommodation sector and can establish credible relationships with relevant decision-makers.

Larger B2B operator and portfolio opportunities may also be developed through MadeStays' CommissionCrowd programme.

What You Will Be Introducing

Our primary focus in Paris is on Marketing & Bookings relationships where an established local operator retains responsibility for physical fulfilment.

MadeStays can work with qualifying partners to strengthen the commercial marketing and booking layer while the local operator maintains its established operational infrastructure.

Because furnished tourist accommodation in Paris is subject to significant local regulation, prospective opportunities must have appropriate operating eligibility and permissions.

This role is therefore about identifying credible, professionally operated opportunities, not simply finding attractive properties.

Every opportunity assessed. Only qualifying relationships progressed.

Commission

Commission is determined by the service model, exclusivity and property category:

  • £500 for an approved Marketing & Booking operator.
  • £1,000 for an exceptional Marketing & Booking operator, subject to written approval.
  • £1,000 for an approved Fully Managed property.
  • £2,000 for an exceptional Fully Managed property, subject to written approval.
  • Bespoke written commission for Fully Managed multi-property portfolios.

MadeStays determines the final service model, property classification and applicable commission. Commission is earned and paid according to the current Acquisition Partner Agreement.

Who We Are Looking For

You must have:

  • At least one year of B2B sales experience.
  • Fluent French.
  • Professional working English.
  • Relationships with established accommodation operators, property managers, aparthotels and/or compliant portfolios.
  • Confidence approaching senior business decision-makers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • The ability to independently manage a B2B sales pipeline.
  • Good organisation and consistent follow-up habits.
  • The ability to assess basic regulatory and operational readiness without providing legal assurances.

Experience in hospitality, professional accommodation, aparthotels, property management, travel, property technology or B2B business development is particularly relevant.
